I came across this article at CNN and it's worth reading.  It illustrates the danger of getting tattooed by someone who doesn’t follow basic health and sanitation practices.   The bottom line is, if you want to get a tattoo, go to a professional tattoo artist.  A cheep tattoo is not worth the risk.
